General Terms of Delivery and Order of eyeT GmbH (AGB)

Binding languageThe terms and conditions of eyeT GmbH are published in German. The German text is the legally binding version and governs all contractual relationships; this page summarises its scope in English for orientation only. Open the German text (AGB).
What the AGB cover
The General Terms of Delivery and Order are the overarching terms for all business relationships of eyeT GmbH – including information and advice, deliveries of hardware, the sale of software and the sale or transfer of software licences, and cases in which eyeT acts as an intermediary or orders are fulfilled directly by its suppliers. Terms of the customer apply only if eyeT has expressly acknowledged them in writing.

- Place of performance; place of jurisdiction; applicable law – exclusive place of jurisdiction, as far as legally permissible, is Munich; the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively
