McAfee VirusScan Mobile Enterprise 2.1 released

McAfee VirusScan Mobile Enterprise 2.1 is released. This version includes the following features:

• Anti-Virus application built for Smartphones
• Detects viruses, worms, dialers, and Trojans
• Protects at multiple entry points
• Always-on protection
• OTA incremental signature updates in the 1-2k range
• Deploys and can be managed through ePO 4.5
• Runs on Windows Mobile 5.0, 6.0, 6.1, and 6.5 Devices
• Error/status condition reporting
• Standalone mode of installation and operation

Customers can obtain this product from the McAfee download page using a valid grant number.
